However, I didn't have any talking in it because I was a little nervous. It was one of the first videos I made, and I was afraid to talk on the screen. Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and remake it. This video is about how to use Forms in Sheets to create a really simple customer database. It's for people who aren't using a big company like HubSpot or other larger CRMs. This is for those who just need something basic. To get started, go to Forms and click on the first one up here. You are going to need a Gmail account to use this, but everything is free. Gmail accounts are also free. Once you click on Forms, it will look like this up here. You can change the color scheme to make it look however you like. I like the green, so we'll leave it like that. You can change the color of everything here as well. You can even put your logo up top if you'd like to do that. Next, we need to name this form something like "Customer Intake Form" or "Onboarding Form" or "Customer Form."
